Any car in good electrical condition has what the SUV has (barring, perhaps, the two levels of horn volume). The projection of messages on the rear window is what it doesn't have. The gesture for that is the forehead slap, which means (more or less) "Oops, I'm an idiot, I'm sorry." My brother told me about that one in the 1980s.
