Even If the movie isn't coming out this fall
Tuesday, October 28
(and we have to wait until July 17th of 2009!) and there isn't another book for us to read - we keep the spirit of Harry alive here on the interwebs.
We have knit alongs and knitting patterns. There are fan fiction sites and fan discussion boards.
There are quizzes....
Your result for The Harry Potter Husband Test...
Mrs. Bill Weasley
Your perfect HP man is Bill Weasley.

You like guys who are cool. And not cool in that fake, dicky way, but actually cool. He's so cool that they couldn't find any actor to adequately portray him, so they decided to just leave him out of the movies rather than risk not doing justice to his coolness. He's like the Chuck Norris of Harry Potter: plain freaking awesome. When Voldemort says "You-Know-Who", he's talking about Bill Weasley.

(I just had to double check) (It's so spot on I can hardly stand it!) (except for the Chuck Norris thing which I have pointed out before)
Apparently the interwebs isn't the only place Harry is alive & well.
Terrestrial Quidditch for Muggles
There's no magic in the air -- but there are brooms, Bludgers and body blows
Pretty Cool Hunh....
I have no interest in playing quidditch myself but maybe you do - I'm more of a watcher & knitter.....

You, you...you are like a piece of karma in my life today! Thanks for that introduction! I think that's going to pan out nicely. I'm going to click on your patterns but first, two things:
I watched Obama speaking in the rain in PA this morning while running on the treadmill at the gym. I can't believe how directly he speaks to me.
And yes, we got tangled in the Palin crowds while in Asheville on Sunday.
And, as we pulled out of the airport in Asheville on Friday morning to head to the house there was a huge sign reading, WNC Fiber Festival right there at the fair grounds. Rich was certain I knew about that in advance and it was all a plot. :-)
Plus that's a great drawing of Bill. :)
Yep. The Teen definitely wants to play Quidditch.
I love the illustration of Bill.
